The Margarita Island finds located between the parallels 10º 11´ and 10º 51´ of North latitude and the meridians 62º 46´ and 64º 24´ of west longitude, the climate is warm, refreshed by marine breezes. Average temperature of 27°C (85°F), arriving until 37°C in August (100°F) and 12°C máx. (52° F) in a fresh December. It has breezes permanently and its sun is intense, jointly with Coche and Cubagua, composes the only insular state of Venezuela: New Esparta.
